In this video, I share the campaign that proved to me what marketing actually is.

This business was spending $20,000 a month on radio, YouTube, Facebook, Yelp, and more. A full year of “branding” advice drained their bank account and produced zero results. They were two months from shutting their doors.

All we did was switch the message to direct response:

A clear offer.

A deadline.

A direct call to action.

Within one month, the phones were ringing.
Within two months, they were fully booked.
Within four months, they were turning customers away.

That’s when I knew the truth: marketing isn’t about looking good. It’s about making people act.
