💥💥💥2024.09.04 With the formal establishment of diplomatic relations between the CCP and the United States in 1979, this marked the beginning of Kissinger’s doctrine. In 1982, the Three joint communiqués between the U.S. and China were issued. When the U.S. and China established diplomatic relations in 1979, they made a highly significant agreement—the Science and Technology Cooperation Treaty. Under this framework is the U.S.-China Science and Technology Cooperation Agreement.

The U.S.-China Science and Technology Cooperation Agreement has three key focuses: one is the executive secretariat for U.S.-China science and technology cooperation. Another is the Fossil Energy Protocol, which involves the Ministry of Coal Industry of the People’s Republic of China and the U.S. Department of Energy—you all know this. As I just mentioned, someone evaluated as a foreign academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) by the CAS in 1998 shockingly became the U.S. Secretary of Energy during Obama’s administration. So, how deep is the collaboration—indeed, the collusion—between the CCP’s Ministry of Coal Industry and the U.S. Department of Energy? The third focus is the U.S.-China Renewable Energy Industry Forum. These items are all written into the U.S.-China Science and Technology Cooperation Agreement.

中美科技合作协定有三个重点：一个是中美科技合作的执行秘书会，还有一个就是化石能议定书，这个议定书是跟中华人民共和国的煤炭工业部，美国能源部大家知道，就像我刚刚说到的，一个1998年被中科院评定为中科院外籍院士的，居然能够在奥巴马时期成为能源部长，所以说中共的这个煤炭工业部跟能源部的一个合作究竟有多深。 第三个就是中美可再生能源工业论坛，这几项是写到中美科技合作协定里的
