Strategic Planning - Get Feedback From All Departments

Some organizations do not get feedback from all departments. My question is "Is that department needed?"
I know that it is a crazy question, but if they are needed, then they have an important role to play.
If they have an important role to play, then if they have big obstacles, it can hold back your strategic transformation.
A top goal in strategic planning is to access, focus on, and improve your workplace culture. It is difficult to evaluate and fix the workplace culture without talking to all departments.
The time and resources that you put into talking to them, will usually payback rather quickly and in a big way.

Please try to include as many people as possible - it shows that you care.
If you care about them, then they will care about you.
It all starts with you showing and proving first.
