I see trouble on its origins as doctrine via Scofield...who seems DUBIOUS in his associations as well DUBIOUS origins from the occult stemming from haunted castles, (LOL) séances, ( You must be joking) That I MUST question. BUT, not only do the synagogue of satan have a trumpet blowing festival, ( they teach to non jewish christians) SO DID THE ROMANS WHO, Paul did use as references while he wrote OFTEN. It was AFTER their wars, when they approached the city their troops camped OUTSIDE city then called out the citizens to join them in RE entering the city in victory with their military leader. This was AFTER THE WAR. ( EX, being, after the hell on earth whats called the trib, after it, we are called by Jesus to him. We must be called to him for the change, to (as with the Roman army Re entering their city,) re enter the world in collapse etc.
Matter of timing difference only in this doctrine... some think before, some mid, some after.
