Seed Saving for Beginners (The 5 Easiest Seeds to Start With)

Hey you guys! Seed saving doesn’t have to be “all or nothing.” Start with ONE easy win—lettuce, dill, peas, green beans, or sunflowers—and build from there.

What you’ll learn:
- Heirloom/open-pollinated vs. hybrid (so you get predictable results)
- When to harvest (dry mornings!) and quick drying (~100°F or a fan)
- Labeling that sticks (variety + year) and simple jar storage with rice/desiccant
- Why I always save two years of seed
