Trump: Democrats Are Shutting Government Down, We Want it Open

President Trump responded to a question by Nick Gilbertson, stating the Democrats' strategy of trying to shut the government down would backfire upon them, warning the White House could do things that the Democrats would be powerless to stop like cutting programs.
