Sugar Rush Peach Pepper

Have you ever grown Sugar Rush Peach Peppers? They’re suppose to be a little hot. I was hoping to make a hot sauce out of these.
We tried to grow these this year and overall our peppers didn’t do as good this year. They’re finally coming in a little. I’m gonna try and do something called over wintering the peppers to hopefully start the peppers next year at a later stage and get peppers sooner.
