Using AI for Health Advice

This video provides an overview of the AI Notebooks I've compiled as Subject Matter Experts on specific health and healing modalities. These act as topic specific AI Chat Bots to spare you the time from having to massage the subject matter response you want from generalist AI's through knowing what to prompt it for (not always easy).

I used Notebook LM for this library of Chat Bots, so in addition to being able to query the Sources (the material in the Notebook), you can also view an Overview video called "The Explainer," as well as listen to an audio overview of the Notebook in a podcast format.
