Clear-Sky Turbulence. Why Will Humanity Stop Flying?

Imagine this: you’re at an altitude of 10 kilometers. Suddenly, the plane drops sharply — as if ripped out of the air. No clouds. No warnings. Just silence… and free fall.

This week, two flights went through hell:
— A Ryanair plane in Spain was violently shaken during landing. Two flight attendants were seriously injured.
— A Latam Airlines jet in Brazil hit hail and turbulence shortly after takeoff. Eyewitnesses said: “It was like a roller coaster… Screams, panic, people praying.”

This is not a coincidence. This is a pattern. In recent years, studies have shown a sharp increase in both the frequency and intensity of turbulence — especially the most dangerous kind: clear-air turbulence. It’s invisible to radars. Impossible to forecast. And it strikes without warning.

Global media have already picked up this alarming trend. Yet, despite the obvious escalation, so-called experts keep reassuring the public that turbulence is merely an “unpleasant inconvenience” — not a deadly threat.

But reality says otherwise. According to the 2024 report of the International Civil Aviation Organization, nearly 75% of serious onboard injuries were caused by turbulence. And on August 9, 2024, the unthinkable happened: an ATR-72 plunged from over 5 km altitude in less than a minute above Brazil. All 62 people on board died.

Modern science blames clear-air turbulence on sudden shifts in wind speed or direction. But this doesn’t explain why planes are literally dropping tens of meters within seconds.

The real reason lies deeper. Electromagnetic anomalies within the Earth disrupt air ionization. Bonds between molecules weaken. Air itself stops being a stable support for planes. If this process continues, the time will come when no aircraft will be able to fly safely.
