Keep choosing - ego fear or heart centered joy? Fear or abundance? Fear or love? Fear or peace? We always have the option and what we choose creates our life and world.

I would also suggest doing this in your thoughts of others! If you hear judgement coming up, that needs to get shifted too. Judgement or love? Come back to your heart. Send everyone love - everyone needs it!

Keep practicing pulling yourself out of the ego quickly when the mind goes to fear or lower vibrational thoughts. You are noticing it faster than ever! Don’t let it take the wheel - come back to your heart! See that you are creating your life and choose the highest path possible! Live and create as the divine in form that you are!
