Join Rabbi Curt Landry for Yom Kippur 5786 as he aligns us with the Jewish roots of the faith, pulling wisdom, understanding, and power from the book of Jonah, encouraging us to answer our call for the One New Man reformation movement that is underway!

Jonah mirrors the central purposes of the day and is traditionally read by Jewish people worldwide on the Day of Atonement, or Yom Kippur. It embodies the message of returning to the Lord, divine mercy, and forgiveness.

The Lord said 5786 is the year to “Arise, go, and move forward!” Jonah 1:1-2 illustrates this message, “… Arise, go to Nineveh…”

Though Jonah ran from his calling, the Lord used a storm and a fish to redirect his path. In the midst of it all, Jonah cried out to God and He answered again, “Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and preach to it the message that I tell you” (Jonah 3:2).

Jonah ran, but returned. And God’s calling remained.

As One New Humanity in Messiah, Yeshua, we are chosen to carry His glory, to arise and go, to be watchmen! Let us take this day to pause and reflect, repent, and return to the Lord, so we are positioned to answer His call.
