Nowhere To Hyde -- Living Large on Idaho Taxpayer Money

How did a health benefit providing weight loss drugs for Idaho State workers balloon from $10,000 per year to $30-$50 million per year since 2021 without anyone saying anything? We deserve some answers as to how this stayed in place for four years.
