CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI STIR FRY

Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry is a simple flavor packed dish that you are going to want to add to your meal rotation! It combines tender pieces of chicken with crispy broccoli in a mouthwatering sauce!

Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cut into small bite-size slices
1/4 cup cornstarch
4-5 cups broccoli florets
1/3 cup water

For the sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
3/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons honey
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons cornstarch

Directions
Season chicken with salt and pepper and combine with cornstarch.
Combine all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat and add broccoli and water. Cook until slightly softened yet still crispy, about 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add more oil and cook chicken 2 batches, about 3 1/2-4 minutes per batch.
When the last batch is through cooking,
return the 1st batch and the broccoli back to the pan.
Add sauce and bring to a boil. Let cook for 30 seconds-1 minute until the sauce has thickened.
