Am I Trustworthy?

For anyone in any position of leadership or influence, this is the question that you should be asking.

If people do NOT trust you they will NOT:
1) Listen to your advice
2) Be loyal
3) Go the extra mile
4) Buy-In to your dream or vision
5) Give 110%
6) Embrace your changes
7) Point out problems
8) Brainstorm new and creative ideas
9) Tell others to come work here
10) Be excited to come to work
11) and the list could keep going

If you want the those 10 items at your workplace, then stop the items that are causing you to leak trust and start doing the things that gain trust.

Being trustworthy is a full time job. You can gain a little every day or lose a lot in one bad decision.
