❗️Israeli forces stopped the Sumud humanitarian flotilla, which was heading to the Gaza Strip, and transferred passengers, including Greta Thunberg, to an Israeli port

This sparked a wave of global protests. In Istanbul and Ankara, thousands gathered outside Israeli and American diplomatic missions. In Italy (Rome, Naples, Genoa, Milan, Turin, Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Pistoia, Siena, and La Spezia), people blocked railways and took to the streets. Mass protests also took place in Berlin, Barcelona, Athens, Brussels, and Paris.

The flotilla's ships, including the Florida and Yulara, were attacked with water cannons, and the Florida was rammed.
