US to give Ukraine intelligence on long-range energy targets in Russia

President Trump has approved a plan to share U.S. intelligence with Ukraine to help strike Russian energy infrastructure, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The move would allow Kyiv to target oil refineries, pipelines, and other assets funding Russia’s war.

The administration is also pressing NATO allies to provide similar intelligence and is weighing whether to supply Ukraine with long-range weapons like Tomahawk cruise missiles, though no final decision has been made.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has reportedly requested Tomahawks directly from Trump, the New York Post has reported.

The agreement reflects Trump’s growing support for Ukraine as he signals confidence in its ability to reclaim all occupied territory.
