Lighten up and Shift Your Outcomes

Lighten up - it is only the ego who gets stressed out and upset. Why? Usually because it takes things personally, tells stories, and can’t handle it when it doesn’t feel in control of things. So any tension or upset? All ego - all unnecessary. A little is fine with awareness and release, but don’t let the ego go after you or anyone else. Everything is perfect. Everything is a mirror. Spend your time looking back at what it is teaching you about yourself, rather than pointing fingers and getting upset.

But really, our lives were meant to be fun, playful, happy and filled with laughter! We have been a bit stuck in the darkness for so long that we have only known seriousness and intensity. When we can let go and lighten up, our life will reflect that energy. When we are really enjoying life, regardless of how it appears, things will really start to change for the better!

Find joy, sweet souls. See the humor in things. Remember to lighten up for your best life now, and going forward!
