Standing Mini-Band Interval Karaoke Workout | 35 Minutes

This 35-minute interval total body mini-band workout is a great sing-a-long challenge should you be so inclined! We will move through 8 exercises for 4 rounds through at 50 seconds each to get a great muscular burn throughout the whole body and it's completely standing so this workout is great for traveling during the holiday season or if you're short on space and/or equipment. Training shoes for this workout are optional but helpful for when we place the band underfoot. This workout is also low impact so if you're in an apartment or hotel setting, you won't disturb other folks.
