Terry and the Pirates: The Maitland Affair, S1E2, 1952

When an American representative who is supposed to certify a cargo of rice that is headed for a United Nations relief effort is kidnapped and the cargo is hijacked, Terry and Hotshot look into the situation. They believe that the evil Dragon Lady is responsible for both the theft and the kidnapping, and that one of Chopstick Joe's dubious pilots is involved in both.
