But ASSUMING IT IS NOT DOCTORED - This is a HIGH RESOLUTION debunk to the low question question (meaning prompted by low resolution videos) of the "magic moving black dot" that seemingly spews blood.

It would make sense to mask the blood squib under an actual mic, so the magic black dot is answered! But It does NOT Debunk the blood squib. if anything, one scene in this video shows the hose in his shirt going in a straight line from his right nipple to his left ear.
