This opens the door for the Administration with the Army, Air Force, and Marine Corps to move the Assets from Federal Congress into the Department of Interior Nationalizing them under American Territory and Continental Law.

Basically Essential Services will no longer be for Profit and Americas Universities will be Liberated and Returned to the American People.
