DBeaver MySQL "Public key retrieval is not allowed" Error SOLVED

How to solve the ""Public key retrieval is not allowed" error when you connect the DBeaver database tool to your MySQL 8 or higher database, especially if your database lives in a Docker container. You obviously have to make sure that the Docker container with your database in it, is running :-).
