The 1st thing you think of when October rolls around is a nice hot slice of pumpkin bread right out of the oven. Come on and make ya some!

Pumpkin Bread Recipe:
16 oz pumpkin puree
2/3 cup whole fat milk
1/2 stick of butter
2 tsp Jamaican Rum (Optional vanilla extract)
1 large egg
1 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp allspice

Candy edge:
butter for coating dish
raw sugar

Cream Cheese Frosting:
4 oz whipped cream cheese
2 tsp Jamaican rum/ Vanilla extract
3/4 cup powdered sugar
