Work the forearm flexors (inner forearms) by performing barbell wrist curls with an underhand grip. The forearm extensors (outer forearms) will be worked if you perform barbell wrist extensions with an overhand grip. The brachioradialis will be targeted if you stand and perform overhand (reverse) grip barbell curls.
