1️⃣ Warm-Up: Get the blood flowing and joints ready.
2️⃣ Heavy Lifts: This is where the gains happen
3️⃣ Cooldown & Mobility: Recover right so you can come back stronger 💪🏽💯
I used to skip steps thinking I was saving time and still getting the most out of my workout. Truth is, I was cheating myself out of real progress. Now, I make it a priority to check all the boxes 👌🏾
