The Ghost Goes West, 1935

When the daughter of an American businessman persuades him to purchase a castle in Scotland, he devises a scheme to dismantle it and transport it to America, where it would be reassembled brick by brick. The last family heir and his cursed ghost ancestor, who has been there for many hundred years and haunts the castle, are part of the arrangement. He waits for the opportunity to restore his family's honor.
