10/3/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Manipulate Gangstalk PERPS to Show up Closer to Record

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

I always have some new tricks to learn and trade with the other international group associates whenever I show up at those online and offline meetings with my associates. We are from all over the planet and have learned different skills from our own local locations. We can use the internet to expose the collected uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators from everywhere, and also to trade learned skills and tactics.

As you can see from this video, the gangstalking perps and collaborators will get all curious why your schedule is different and you are nowhere around. The uniformed and civilian perps will have to inconvenience themselves and drag their corrupt, cowardly, retarded asses away from whatever they were doing, just to come out to where you are. The perps will drive and/or walk up closer to take a look. That is when you reel in the various perps to get a closer video or photograph recording of them and/or there vehicle for later sharing. This is why I told the other international group members to always randomly change their patterns and times schedules to manipulate the perps and get to run around everywhere to look like the morons they really are. However, do not just manipulate the perps and inconvenience them, do it and record them for the rest of us to watch and applaud you. Not showing the rest of us your work is rather ineffective and pointless.

In this video, closely watch the black SUV loitering in street parking at night, the white horse trailer with truck at night, and the two black and white police vehicles crossing my path at night. The weekend is here and that means I need to go out and find any kind of uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps and collaborators to pass along to the others at those online and offline meetings with them. I will look bad if I show up empty handed. I like to maintain my reputation for all of the others to see.

The weekend is not here and I have already been in communication with some of my associates and some of my faction of government/corporation official and politician friends. They will be pleased that I have images and information to tell them.
