Fed Up with Rumble!

Troubles every time I turn around, videos won't play, videos won't up load, people complain they can't watch or down load. I have complained numerous times to the Rumble staff, it's more like a staff infection. I've sent them screen shots and long explanations and they just can't seem to get it going right!
