Royal Banks refusal of cash causes after-hour standoff with 40-year customer, RCMP stand down.

The naughty Royal Bank of Canada collude with CRA to discriminate and refuse a 40-year client’s cash, demanding he pay with registered or digital payments only.
Since the bank illegally closed the customers business and personal accounts because of a prior disagreement not yet in litigation with Canada revenue agency (CRA) it leaves paying by cash the customers only option to bay his bills.
R.C.M.P. fail to respond to the Royal Banks request for assistance when the heated standoff continued after operating hours. The disgruntled customer denied leaving Canada's biggest bank insisting the bank honour Canadian Currency as legal tender Yes, or Yes? Police fail to respond to both the Bank and the customer calls for assistance in this matter, citing it a civil and not a criminal matter.
