Ingredients
• Two cups all-purpose flour
• One quarter cup sugar
• One teaspoon salt
• One packet yeast
• One half cup warm milk
• One quarter cup melted butter
• One egg
• Six strips thick-cut bacon
• One half cup brown sugar
• Two teaspoons cinnamon
• One teaspoon vanilla extract
• One half cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
• Two tablespoons cream or milk (for glaze)

Instructions
1. Cook bacon until crisp and set aside.
2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, yeast, milk, butter, and egg. Mix and knead until smooth. Let rise for one hour.
3. Roll dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
4. Lay bacon strips across the dough, then roll it up tightly and slice into buns.
5. Place rolls in a pan, cover, and let rise for 20 minutes.
6. Bake at your preferred cooking temperature until golden brown and bubbling.
