How the hell does an illegal alien, with a deportation notice filed against him,
get to be first a teacher in Maryland, then a superintendent of schools in
Erie Pa ( with a mail order doctorate diploma) and then head of all schools
in Iowa's largest city, Des Moines ? Oh yeah, he was being paid 300 grand a year.
