the Three Stooges, acting as fish peddlers, decide to buy a boat and catch their own fish, only to acquire a leaky vessel that sinks. Stranded in a dinghy, they signal passing planes with a rag resembling the Japanese flag, which results in them being mistaken for enemy sailors and bombed.
