*Cassidy Brooks uses her ability to manipulate the Velocity Vortex, to actually wrap it around herself in the form of blue like lightning, in order to achieve incredible speeds. This allows her to be the Rush known as Sister Salvation, the fastest woman alive, yet it is only when she fully enters the Velocity Vortex, runs so fast she reaches speeds beyond the known as she slips into realms where the laws of the universe do not apply, that she finds herself going so fast that not even time can keep up.
