Once again our Constitutional order is threatened by yet another feckless, unelected, black-robed, tyrannical, inferior federal district trial court lawlessly laying claim to legal authority denied her by our nation’s very constitutional order.

The unelected Judge Karin Immelgut—I’m not kidding, she’s literally a “Karin”—has decided that she possesses the authority to order about the elected Article II Executive Branch president and Commander in Chief on matters related to the deployment of federal military forces and the protection of federal property. If Trump seeks to do either of these actions in a manner not to the liking of Judge Immelgut, she believes she has the legal authority to veto his actions.

This is constitutionally no less lawless than if Judge Immelgut had ordered Trump who to pardon or not pardon, what bills to veto or not veto, or ordered Congress what bills to pass or reject or what nominated officials to confirm or reject.

This isn’t even a vague area of constitutional law—the US Constitution is explicit that 100% of the Commander in Chief authority is placed in the single Article II Executive Branch president, and 0% is placed in any unelected, black-robed, tyrannical, inferior district trial court judge, but once again the federal judiciary cannot restrain itself from tyranny.
