Boise River Surfiing

This is from mid June of 2017. The dam is SE of Quinn's Pond, on the north side of Emerald Rd. If you follow The Greenbelt from Ann Morrison Park, going north, you'll readily find the dam / surfing area. As stated previously, I believe that a concrete slab was submerged to produce the artificial wave. The clip I uploaded is previously unshared. I captures a few capable surfers and plenty of goofs.
