You play as Jak, an orphan who discovers he has powerful magical abilities and becomes a “Triarch Magnus,” capable of wielding all three colors of magic—blue (force), red (chaos), and green (life). Jak joins the elite order known as the Immortals to fight in the endless Everwar, a brutal conflict between the kingdoms of Lucium and Rasharn over control of magic itself.
