Borderlands 4: Echo Log - Kilo's Instructions

Rookie didn't follow Kilo's instructions and in Turbo way is everywhere now!

This Echo Log is visible on the map since the moment you come to The Launchpad but is in the room that can't be accessed in any way until you complete side-mission "The Kairos Job" which is a reference to "The Italian Job" movies. Once you progress in this mission at certain point the room becomes opened.

I had a little mess up while recording so that's why i show this one in different way than other Echo Logs.
