Borderlands 4: Echo Log - How to Hack

Shim is trying to get Glitch to teach him how to hack.

This Echo Log is visible on the map since the moment you come to The Launchpad but is in the room that can't be accessed in any way until you complete side-mission "The Kairos Job" which is a reference to "The Italian Job" movies. Once you progress in this mission at certain point the room becomes opened.
