No Equipment Standing Low Impact-Friendly Full Body Workout | 15 Minutes

This 15-minute no-repeats workout is a totally standing and bodyweight cardio, conditioning, balance, and coordination challenge. We will move through 10 exercises at a minute a piece so be sure to have a good cattitude and know that all of the movements can be done at low OR high impact depending on how you feel. Training shoes for this workout are optional especially if you are planning to do the impactful movements prescribed (as previously mentioned, all jumps have modifiers).
