Wine Tasting Spring Valley Vineyard 2019 Red Blend

No, I did not end up using the small wine glass to smell before pouring it into the large wine glass to drink so I could have the best of both nose and palette, but I was thinking about it! It was just too much of a hassle trying to do that while preparing dinner! Not to mention being distracted by that one American football game! Not even sure why I turned it on; it was rather boring! Fight me in the comments! Meanwhile, the nose was luscious with its dark fruit characteristics as well as coffee and cocoa bean (I'm starting to sense an unusual theme with my nose and palette notes) on the smaller wine glass, while the bigger wine glass had the palette of spice, tannin, oak barrel with some semblance of dark fruit characteristics to go with coffee and cocoa bean. I did aerate the wine before tasting! Unusual! Make sure to leave a like and follow the channel if you enjoyed!
