Kelsey Fitzsimmons, Pre-trial hearing

If I can get access to the Zoom link, I’ll be covering today’s hearing for Kelsey Fitzsimmons — the former North Andover police officer who’s been sitting in custody while fighting to clear her name. Her defense has pushed for her release, arguing she’s been unfairly targeted and that the court’s handling of her case has crossed the line.

No ruling yet on the motion to release her from prison, but after the last hearing where the judge stormed out, anything could happen today.
