Elon Musk: If NASA wasn't so objective, SpaceX would have been out-lobbied by the big aerospace companies.

“The NASA competition really will be independent of any congressional influence. My experience with NASA is that they really are very objective. Frankly, if NASA wasn't so objective, then we would not have won any of our earlier contracts because we would have been out-lobbied by the big aerospace companies who have far more resources than we do.”
