Jeff' outlined a program helping UFO investigators get "solid" visual evidence of craft that fly in "super-aeronautical" ways (birds and bugs don't count!) It involves centering a scope on the Moon and "hanging there" for 15 minutes at a time. (Yes, indeed stuff flies by, but really nothing to write Richard Dolan about!)

Meanwhile, he also wants to get a better sense of the Moon as satellite. This involves lunar theory and practice. (Theory is EZ, remembering the names of things, now that's hard.) So, as we wait for "fly-bys", let's learn our way around the lunar surface!
