Not only will messages and photo/video material be scanned by a software tool on the phone itself making End to End Encryption obsolete, the material will be shared through AI —> European union —> Europol —> Local police station The idea is to put the person that sent questionable messages in a register or arrest them on the spot. Most children rights organizations are in favor of this legislation but not "Offlimits", the organization specialized in online child abuse, calling it a last resort that should not be pursued unless other steps are taken first.

So, they don't send rapists to their own countries, but want to monitor chat control... Right...
