Update on Cody Hudson and his Vaccine Injury

On behalf of Heather Hudson, Cody’s mom:
“Cody is diagnosed with thrombotic APS- triple positive treatment resistant blood clotting disorder linked to his Covid-19 vaccination.

He has primary Thrombotic APS and Sjogren’s with neurologic involvement and vasculitis. He has Raynaud’s syndrome with polyneuropathy and CIDP.
Secondary pulmonary hypertension caused by large Pulmonary embolism in 2021. He has had repeat pulmonary emboli and he also has DAH (diffuse alveolar hemorrhaging), thrombocytopenia, POTS and more diagnoses than can be listed in a page.

Cody has also survived 4 brain ischemic strokes, micro-clotting of the veins over 3 regions of his brain, and severe stenosis of these veins. He also suffered partial thrombosis of the venous cavernous. He has suffered multiple DVTs in all four limbs. And has survived Catastrophic APS twice.

Cody ambulates with a cane for short distances and then uses a wheelchair.

He needs a 36K out of pocket plasmapheresis treatment that can potentially save his life.

He is terminally ill and not expected to live without extensive immune modulation or antibody washing.

He also desperately needs a van for transport as he needs to lie down for travel.

Without these needed treatments, his condition continues to worsen. He needs help rapidly.

Our family is traveling to Tennessee by the skin of our teeth to get Cody one of the six Plasmapheresis treatments this month.

He needs six treatments to have the best chance at saving his life….”
