'Insurrection Act' in Chicago.

Hey, welcome to my channel, @ALITTLEBITOFEVERYTHING52! I saw this video online where President Trump mentioned he has no problem invoking the Insurrection Act in Chicago. The crime rate there is terrible, with dozens of murders in recent months. He also explained that the governor of Chicago has no idea what he's doing. It's amazing to see what's happening. Could this be the start of Martial Law?
