It’s finally here; the large-scale firearms confiscation that firearms owners in Canada have known is coming for years, even decades, going all the way back to when the Liberal Party of Canada, back in the 90s, first brought in the PAL; we knew this was just a matter of time, and it’s here, so we will take a bit of a look at the announcement that was made today (Sept 23rd, 2024) by the Minister of Public Safety and a couple of legal considerations as well.
