Charles Stoker is a very polarizing Character. He has been on this Earth for 81 years, and he came out of the womb pissing people off. He stands on that line when nobody else will, and he is firm in his beliefs. I have known Charles for a long while now, and through thick and thin, I can safely call him a friend.
