Haste Aura has been removed from certain beasts but not all of them. I found Haste Aura on a rare beast in Act 3 Jungle Ruins. The good thing about this beast, is that he doesn't spam AOE spells on the ground. He's just there to TANK and give me the aura.

So technically, you could get it from any Beasts... you just have to grind for it I guess.
