Leg Press Variations - Know the Difference!
If you place your feet high on the leg press platform, you'll work more glutes. If you place your feet wider apart, you'll work more adductors and glutes. If you place your feet low, you'll work more quads. And if you place your feet close together, you'll work slightly more outer quads.
